What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, email support@bystudiovelora.com before sending anything back.
Please include:
- your full name
- your order number
- the item you would like to return
- the reason for your return
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Can I return opened press-on nails?
For hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed or used items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect or affected by a quality issue, please contact us even if the packaging has been opened. These cases are reviewed separately.
Can I return an unused item?
Yes. Unused items may be eligible for return if they are unworn, unaltered, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Where applicable, sealed items must remain unopened.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Studio Velora.
We recommend using a tracked return method and keeping proof of postage.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
If your return is approved, your refund will usually apply to the eligible returned item only.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, or once we have otherwise confirmed that it is eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@bystudiovelora.com within a reasonable time after delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the product and the problem. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit or another suitable solution.
Can I exchange my order for another item?
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is usually to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order separately, unless we agree otherwise.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@bystudiovelora.com.
If your order has not yet entered processing or dispatch, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
