When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Tracking is usually sent after order processing is complete.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please allow approximately 6–10 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and delivered.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking updates can take some time to appear after dispatch, and carrier scans may not update in real time.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at support@bystudiovelora.com with your order number and tracking details.

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Please check your mailbox, household members, neighbours, reception or building concierge first.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us. We will review the case in good faith, but a refund or replacement is not automatically guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

First, check your tracking link and confirm that your shipping address is correct.
